RE: Make line on driveway for camper loading?

I have used the “tape” method successfully for 9 years. I store our camper in our barn and laid a 1” wide reflective tape strip from the rear tire on the drivers side to about 10’ ahead of the front tire. I also carry a chalk line and two small stakes and parachute cord for offloading our camper on both hard and soft surfaces. It works great and loads quickly. With our crew cab with the rear seat removed for additional storage I can’t see our bed so the marks in the bed and on the camper systems don’t work for us. Backing up along a line is easy and works great. With one tire on the line it is only a “point” as stated but when both tires are on the line it is an exact and easily repeatable positioning system! 		gregchambers 11/14/23 05:54pm Truck Campers
